Shipping & Returns

All orders from my shop will be posted within 3-6 working days. If I am making a custom order for you I will give you a time frame with your quote.

UK postage for individual small frames is £1.99. For orders of more than one frame postage is £3.70. International postage is £5.00 for individual small frames and £10 for orders of more than 1 frame.

Customer Service is really important to me so if there is an issue with your order please contact me at hello@bluebellsandblossom.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order so that I can try and resolve it for you. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns unless an item is faulty as the frames are handmade to order.

Any custom orders cannot be returned as they have been made specifically for you.

I also cannot accept international returns and any import taxes are the buyers responsibilty.
